Poor service

Shocking service from PostNet Mount Edgecombe. Dropped off a parcel to be sent to Dubai on the 21st of December. As of 31st December the parcel has not yet left postnet Mount Edgecombe. They say that they called my wife on the same day she dropped off the parcel citing an issue but no call was received. When asked why a message was not left, the response was... *sorry, we don't leave messages". At over R1000 to send a small parcel you'd expect at least a little courtesy? Unfortunately another poor showing from what has become the norm in SA, shocking service and I will never use PostNet again... Good riddance.
