Poor service

<p>I've sent a parcel with Postnet Everton mall on 05April2017 to Cosmow city postnet. The problem is that they're unable to trace the package and they promise to contact me but they never contact me to an extent that they don't take my calls at the shop. They promised a maximum of four days but that has elapsed and there is no communication from their side except that cosmow city branch is the only one that makes an effort to assist me.</p>
