Poor service

Poor customer service,when it's loadshedding no laptops are nothing to assist customers during that time. Staff seem lazy and no one is willing to assist. They don't care whether the parcel you are collecting is urgently needed or not,just tell you it's loadshedding come back tomorrow. This happend to me more than once. No manager on site to lay a complain.
