Poor Service

On the 15th of August 2015 I ap**** for a postbox at the above mentioned outlet. They told me that they only have one key and have to make a spare key for me and that they would call me as soon as they have it . Until now I still havent received a call from them. I chose postnet due to the post office's poor service delivery record. And the service I Received from postnet Groblersdaal is not at all any better. A week later I decided to go and inquire about the status of the key and the lady sayd that the key wasn't ready yet. Upon asking her if it searously can take a week plus to have a key made she just said this is Groblersdaal. More than a month later still no phone call from them. I live 23 km from Groblersdaal and only go by they're office when I go about my usal bissiness. Postnet's service delivery is abselutely rubish !!! I want a refund and then I'll rather take my chanses with the SA Post office
