Poor Express Service -Money making scheme

I have send my parcel on Wednesday (01 April 2026) for express service. To this day (03/04/2026) my parcel is still being sorted out at their warehouse. Why charge for express service while you know exactly you will treat my parcel as non-express?

Your services are very poor. Whats worse your customer service number rings unanswered.
