Poor customer service, disrespectful staff members lack of service

My parcel was sent on 5th January 2023 and I haven't gotten it till today, this industry has no customer service at all the is a man called kg at cosmo city postnet he has no respect at all no customer service at all the last time I called he said his not involved I must wait for the manager I asked him for the contact details for head office he said I'm threatening him, this guy hanged up on my ear, so he called me this morning saying they found my parcel and it's at the hub I ask him which hub, he said in Bloemfontein I than asked why did it take this long because the policy of postnet says 2-3 working days he said I'm fighting with the wrong people that it's not thier fault it's auremax. What kind of service is this your staff is unprofessional and can not apologize to your customers, this company is pathetic really
