Poor customer service

Service provided by Lerato was appalling, she unprovoked pushed my delivery with feet through the store,when I asked her why is she doing that,she responded that the parcel was heavy. Amazingly, I picked it up out of the shop without even needing a trolley. This disturbed me,I have been using this shop for my postal from home for a while,I have received a heavy parcel before and the white lady that helped me that time,went outside to get a trolley for me,not that I was expecting Lwrato to do the same,but she could have asked me to come carry it if it was too heavy for her and not kick my goods like that.
