Poor customer service

Customer service at Postnet Featherbrook in Ruimsig is very poor. The Indian gentleman refused to serve me and stated that I was not on the queue. When I got in the shop, there was no one infront of me so I stood there waiting to be served. Several people then came in. He said they must be served before me coz I was not on the queue. I told him that there was no sign of where one must queue, after all he saw me when I stepped into the shop, he should have directed where to queue especially when there was no queue when I entered the shop. I told him that I frequent that store and I never encountered such a thing. He shouted at me and told me to leave the shop. I suspect he is a manager as it was my first time to see him there. I would understand if I had bypassed people who were already there and also if there was a queue sign but decided to ignore it. His attitude was unacceptable. Will never set my foot there ever again.
