Poor customer service

I received the worst experience in your branch Silverton. The lady was so rude and she expected us to stand outside and scream from the door entrance what service we needed e.g 'print in colour or not'. When we arrived there she was done with mopping the floor, she kept on saying that the floor was still wet. We arrived there 15 minutes before knock off so she didn't want people to enter the store. I guess she was in a hurry to go home.
