Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Postnet Gezina on the 03./09/2024 at 17:29. The staff member I interacted with, Justine was extremely rude and unhelpful even asked Denike and said "Denike come here before I climb the counter" and was very impatient.

I expect a higher level of service from Postnet as I have been a regular customer in that store, I have never received such kind of behaviour. Especially considering the importance of reliable postal services.
