Poor customer service

Went to send a parcel and was dissatisfied with their customer service. Reasons being that the different options weren’t explained to me and I was given the most expensive option without knowing better. Even after I sent a complaint, they did not believe me even though I had a witness that can confirm that I was not given any options, they just dismissed my email completely without any apology, which I find shocking to say the least! So please do not make the same mistake as I did and make sure to ask if there’s a more economical option available.
