poor attitude and bad service

Postnet jewel city, slow slack service, when asking for a quote there is not interest in serving the customer , just a bad attitude from new lady who joined there team , got no clue what her name is, but always get a negative vibe as if she does not want my business, i send 30 parcels a month mostly use florida branch who takes 6minutes to load parcels on system, when at jewel city 5 parcels will take 30 minutes unfortunately owner not present always hiding in the back or not on the premises, poor service, sad as its a good franchise
