Poor attitude

<p>I have been dealing with the Vincent branch of Postnet for a while now as it is close to my office. On 24 April 2017 I had to send a package to Pta and received the most negative and non-responsive service from one of the ladies there. She made me feel as though she was doing me a favour and not realising that I pay for the service offered.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time I have experienced bad service there and some of my friends feel the same. They definately should make a plan to improve their customer service as a matter of urgency.</p> <p> </p>
