Police Clearance request

I went to PostNet Raslouw to apply for a police clearance to apply for employment and paid R305. On the report I received 48hours later it stated that the document is NOT a police clearance. I now have 24hours before the deadline with R0 in my account and an incorrect document. Surely I can sue?
