PNA*** - WHERE IS THIS PARCEL

I cannot get answers : *** - people cut calls, hang up, no feedback, no answers, like no one knows where is my parcel. I am told they don't work everyday, one needs to call the other and the other needs to confirm with the other and maybe I will get an answer when someone confirms with the other one who is not sure and needs to find out from a service agent who is currently no available.
