Pathetic services and then they DOUBLE charge me.....

Absolutely pathetic service today at Sandown Postnet. I always send my parcels via Postnet. Today when I entered, the two ladies were having a conversation that they did not even notice me. When I asked to be helped, they tell me that they DON'T do the service that I require. So I insist, that I always use the service via Postnet. I asked if there is new management, and they said NO. When I was furious and on my way out, they remembered that "Oh, they do the service I need." Normal charges are R48.75 for sending parcels less than 1kg, they charged me R91 per parcel? There were 2 parcels? So instead of paying R97.50, I paid R182???????? ****************!

Do they charge double to try and gain more income because their service is so pathetic so no one uses them anymore? I used to do ALL my business there - NO more!! This is absolutely pathetic service. 3 People in the store, and NO ONE knew what to do... or maybe that is another problem. They keep on replacing staff because their service is so pathetic??
