PATHETIC SERVICE FROM POSTNET RASLOO

I went to Post net Rasloo on the 08-05-2020 to post a parcel to Bloemfontein Botshabelo and they promised that the parcel will be delivered between the 12 and the 13th of May. Today its the 19th the parcel its not yet delivered. on the 15th I called the Postnet Rasloo on *** and advised asked them whats happening with the delivery they said they will comae back to me, the manager called and promised me that it will be delivered on Monday the 18th May. On the 18th I had to call them and I was put on hold for about 35 min had to drop the call and call again the so called manager said she will come back to me still nothing. I called again this morning at about 08:35 I told her that I'm still waiting for her call she made some lame excuses. She said she is still waiting for a reply as she emailed them , I asked her to forward me the email I'm still waiting for Juanita to send me the ****en email. I WANT MY PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED TODAY BY 13:00.
