Pathetic Service

Ive sent an email to Kim 4 days ago to ask for my Parcel to be delivered in Parow Sanlam Centre and she responded and asked for my Tracking number i sent it to her she never responded,i followed up following day she never responded,today i received an sms saying i must collect my Parcel in Kuils River i called their office the 1st lady putted me thru to someone else was holding for more than 15 minutes,she finally picked up and i told her i communicated with Kim regarding my Parcel,she told me Kim is not in today she will put me through to Postnet call centre i was holding for 45 minutes no one picked up the phone.I even sent an email to their call centre same day i sent it to Kim.
