Pathetic service ever

I have a parcel that was sent from Randburg to Kingwilliamstown but they delivered it in Grahamstown. These have to be used by 8:30 tomorrow and there is no willingness to assist. I am only told that i can only get it on Monday. The worst part is when one of their head office people lies to me and says the waybill is written Grahamstown and that it is not their fault. Never ever will i set my foot there again. Chris
