Pathetic service

I had 2 separate parcels sent to Cpt and even paid to have 1 parcel sent to the door of which, they got the whole thing wrong. Phones are off and nobody is willing to reimburse me for THEIR MISTAKE. I have the invoices and now i am sitting with a situation and i am in JHB.

I would never ever make use of them again. Pathetic service. I want my money back
