Pathetic service

Worst service ever.i am livid. Sent a parcel from PE to Queenstown (branch to branch). Receiver received an SMS to go collect parcel from a Wimpy, gets there no parcel. I go to the branch where I sent the parcel for them to find out where it is, noone seems to know. I waited for 45 minutes while the employee called around, still couldn't give me a straight forward answer. All I'm told is that Aramex took parcel from EL to queenstown and then went back to EL with it and noone can tell me why. When I ask about where to lay a complaint they tell me to contact Aramex ,the nerve. At this point still dont know what's going on with my delivery, all I told is that I must wait until monday. Pathetic
