Pathetic Service!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE POSTNET!!!!

I sent an urgent package on the 21st for overnight delivery from Roodepoort to Theunissen. I was assured that the parcel will be delivered on or before the 24th. Tomorrow will be a week and still no delivery. I understand that it's over the Christmas period, but DON'T make false promises!! Why did I pay R245 for overnight delivery? Why guarantee a service which you clearly cannot deliver? If I wanted it delivered whenever, I could have paid R99 counter to counter. This is ridiculous!!! How are you going to correct this? At the very least I think that a refund is in order... Totally unacceptable!!
