Pathetic service

My brother send my license over a month a ago via post net randfontein after a long time with numerous trips to post net medlife plaza. I finally called postnet randfontein and all they said was sorry mam your package is lost we can't find it. Its been over a month still nothing apparently they did a sweep and nothing. I was told we will reimburse you to make a new license how ridiculous i think people should just not use there service as its pathetic to say the least ive never seen such poor service and ill never use them again not even for my business clients
