Pathetic Service

I sent important documents to Durban on Monday-I paid for overnight delivery and its Wednesday and nothing has been delivered. No communication whatsoever, I pad for overnight delivery because I wanted it delivered urgently not at your own pace. No-one has bothered to call or text me abt the delay and your call centre number just rings off the hook
