Pathetic service

Posted a parcel for my delivery from KwaDukuza to Polokwane on 20 September 2021. Parcel arrived in Polokwane on the 22 September 2021. Nobody in Postnet can tell where the parcel is. "It's somewhere in Polokwane" was the only answer I was given despite having a tracking number. That is absolutely ridiculous!
