Pathetic Service

Everytime I take something to get printed there are mistakes.

On the 27th April I had asked them to print documents on my flash drive. The last calculated manually how many copies were made and charged me accordingly. I made 364 copies. When I got home and starter sorting the documents I realised that many of the pages had the pages numbers cut off. Also there were many that we not copied, yet I was charged for it. This is something that happens regularly here. Normally I just leave it and pay for printing again but because it was a large amount I asked to see manager and get refund as I could not use the copies. I was told that I shout have checked that day and that the printer counts pages automatically. This I know is a lie because I saw her writing page amounts down on paper. I used to be a regular but after today I will drive further to a different PostNet.
