Pathetic PostNet service

On 30 June 2021, I handed a parcel over to PostNet Arcon Park (Vereeniging, Gauteng) for overnight delivery. I explained that it was chronic medication that was urgently needed. The package was supposed to be delivered to Midstream Estate in Centurion. It is now exactly one week (7 July 2021), and the package has not been delivered. I have been calling PostNet and their courier partner, Aramex, and each blames the other. PostNet even goes to the extent of pretending to "investigate" or they claim to. To make matters worse they dismiss me when I call to find out what exactly is happening. Either that or they just don't pick up. If you have anything that you need to send urgently, PostNet shouldn't be the last place you even think of. They offer extremely poor service and even worse customer support. Save yourself the trouble and headache and choose someone else.
