Parcel shipped from Century City branch to a Durban address on Sunday 5/Aug. PostNet system tracking shows package our for delivery 06/Aug 7:15am and package rejected at 8:54am When I called the "customer service" center today, I was advised that the package could not be delivered because there was no business address on the bill. This is utter hogwash. Firstly what does a business name have to do when the addressee name and full delivery address was on the bill? Secondly, the business name WAS on the bill. Thirdly, why the blatant and explicit lie on your tracking saying the package was rejected by consignee? I was then advised by the agent that they will contact the receiver and arrange for an after hours delivery. Guess what? Nobody called the receiver. Ever. Not when the package was so called rejected nor when they said they will due to this being their fault.
So, Thursday is a holiday and the receiver will never get the package he was supposed to get prior flying out the country.
Thank you PostNet - for showing me and the rest of the country what a sh** service provider you are. Pathetic and putrid.
Just like taxi's, you should be trying to show your worth instead of proving why you should be shut down and replaced by an Uber courier service.
