Passports going missing

Postnet does not know how to recover a parcel handed to the wrong person. Visas International collect passports from Postnet including passports that does not belong to them and then won't answer the call when trying to make contact to find your missing passport. The only time I had a response was when threatening to go to the police. Capago puts random contact details in the waybill and so passports with Visas that people pay thousands for end up in the wrong hands, quite alarming. Between Postnet not checking ID to verify, Capago using random contact numbers and Visas International not trying to make an effort to return to passport to it's rightful owner (my home address appears on the back of my passport) your passport can end up almost anywhere but with the person it belongs to. Be warned and informed.
