Parcel tracking

I was sent a parcel on Tuesday 5th April on Wednesday 6th April out on delivery but was not delivered says driver ran out of time same as Thursday but no communication whatsoever. Friday 8th around 12pm says stop delivery I don't know what does that mean I tried to call the center no luck tried to email because I really need the parcel and it was prepaid where it was sent. They don't even communicate nothing i don't mind even collecting it from their depot but I don't how to go about that all I have is information on the tracking system which most I don't know what it means please help I really need the parcel is a matter of life and death please
