Parcel to Isreal still not delivered after 21 days

<p>I handed in a parcel at Mall of The North Postnet on 20 February 2017.The cashier did not know how to assist me.Even thought Isreal is in S A. My previos parcel to the same person was delivered within 6 days.I realized the person wrote down the contact nr incorrectly.I have been to Postnet Mall of the North 3 times last week.Kwena promised me the Parcel will be delivered after she recqtify it.I phoned again on Friday ,10 March ,Sunday 11 March as well as this morning.The parcel is still at customs !!! </p>
