Parcel tampered with and goods damaged

I contacted the Boksburg branch initially with no help,then called *** spoke to Clarice and she said i must send a e-mail to [Email Removed] did it twice and no one responded .Poor service delivery<br> This is my problem-Regarding damaged goods caused by tampering with my parcel.<br> I purchased a paintball gun and accessories from a person in Polokwane and he sent it using this service.Waybill pp***.I collected the parcel between 13h20 and 13h35 yesterday in Boksburg and when i opened it at home i noticed the parcel was tampered with .The contents was damaged-the halo hopper battery door was broken open after it was *****ed open and the batteries were hanging out.The Marker (gun) had damage on its gauge looks like someone dropped it.<br> The damage was no accident as a person had to un***** the hoppers lid and also the marker was in a foam padded box .<br> I need to know what you are going to do to rectify this matter.<br> i did call the Boksburg branch this morning and the lady told me i had to find out if i had insurance.To my understanding that is for total loss of theft.This is not the case but pilferage of in transit goods and malicious damage .The items are still a
