Parcel shipped by postnet

On the 21st April 2022. I used Postnet to courier my parcel to the vape shop in Menlyn, on the 25th April 2022 was doing a follow up with the vape shop they said they haven't received it. I called post net pretoria north thats where I used it to courier my parcel they state that it has been delivered to Lerato only to find out they have been delivered to the wrong shop. Now I called them today 28th April 2022. The flower shop has not received the parcel mind due the post net told me the vape shop has received the parcel when I call them they havent. I revert back to Postnet they are telling me its at postnet now and they told me they have delivered it. I'm running up and down.and that parcel is still under warranty if it forfeits I wont get helped. Thanks to you postnet dont ever use this service. Its very very bad. Now my airtime is being wasted on poor service delivery that I paid for. When I call head office no one is answering. Yoh I even feel like this is a ****. Imagine 4 working days a parcel has not yet being received at the facility and no one us really helping me. Postnet you are really bad!!!!
