Parcel sent overnight a week ago, not deivered
On the 26/08/15 a confidential document was sent from George Postnet to Montague Gardens Postnet. The parcel (Waybill ***) was delivered to Montague Gardens Postnet on the 27/08/15. When the receiver went to collect the parcel, the wrong parcel was handed to her. It is now more than a week later and the parcel has not been returned to Postnet. I have been told that I will have to wait for the person to return the parcel to Postnet. Is it not the responsibility of the courier to collect the parcel and return it to Montague Gardens?

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that were caused as a result of the above-mentioned matter.
The parcel that was received at PostNet Montague Gardens was correctly addressed to the store, but the waybill was placed on the wrong parcel en route. So the folks at Montague Gardens would not have known that the wrong parcel arrived.
Terence at the store is trying to resolve the matter and has been in contact with you in this regard.
