Parcel retrieval

I had a parcel sent from PostNet Kriel to PostNet Waterfall... Initially, PostNet Kriel sent my parcel to waterfall mall in Rusternburg. As frustrating as that was, postnet waterfall assisted me with redirecting my parcel to them, at no additional cost to me.

As if that wasn't enough, the postnet in Kriel "forgot" to put in another item in my parcel, so when I opened my parcel my biggest fear was this item having been ******.

Very thankful to the postnet waterfall team for assisting me retrieve my full parcel with smiles on their faces.
