Parcel not received

I received the worst service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I bought second hand baby stuff almost a month ago and it should have been sent from Cape Town to Randburg. Instead it was sent to Benoni. Nobody informed me that the parcel was there, I saw it on the tracking. After struggling to sort it out, it is sent to Randburg. It's been 3 weeks now and I still don't have my parcel. Every time I call to find out what is going on, they tell me they'll look into it and will let me know. Same story every time.

It's been so long, the stuff that I bought won't even fit my baby anymore.
