Parcel not delivered to UK
On the 29th of October 2015 I paid R200 for a parcel to be delivered to my daughter in the UK using their Worldpost service, when I got home I realized I was not asked to fill out a customs form so I phoned them and my details were taken down. I was asked what the value was I said about R300. My parcel never reached its destination and the response from the branch was it left the country, I have now checked on their website it states that any parcel with a value of over R250 will be automatically confiscated by the customs. Why was I not advised of this, I am very disappointed that my daughter will now not have a Xmas present
