Parcel not delivered
I paid R250 on Friday 18 March to have a parcel delivered in Soweto by Wednesday. After non delivery by Thursday and Postnet website showing the parcel back in Richards I called the call centre only to be promised the parcel will be delivered to original destination before end of the day. It's Thursday evening now and the parcel is still not delivered. I am really disappointed with the level of service I received and will never use postnet ever again.
