Parcel missing from PostNet

I sent medication for my 83 year old mother on Wednesday, 27 November 2019. Commitment was that the medication would be delivered in two to three business days. The third business day was Monday, 2 December 2019. As at Tuesday, 3 Devrmber 2019, the parcel is still not delivered & no one is able to say where it is. I called the PostNet head office. They referred me to a company which identified itself as Aramex. They promised to find out & call back. It is yet to be seen when that will be.
