Parcel misplaced

Hi, On monday 17 July 2023 I went to postnet in Plattekloof to send a parcel to Pretoria, the parcel was delivered on the 18 July 2023 to the wrong person and address. When sending the parkage I provided postnet with the Name, Surname, cell no and address where the package is supposed to be send. Today the person has not yet received the package. Apparently it was signed off by Martin, That Martin did not provide his surname, telephone number or ID number, on top of that the person suppose to receive the parcel was not contacted by any means, either a call or sms to notify about the availability of the parcel. I need postnet to follow up why the package was not delivered to the right person, also to locate the parcel. PNA***. I spoke to the guy called Leroy in Plattekloof to follow up by there is no feedback up to now.
