Parcel given to wrong person

<p>Recently a parcel of mine was deliverd to PostNet Mulbarton, however by the time I arrived to recive it another person had already collected it. This was due to an incorrect contact number on the parcel. Postnet did not seem to care. To date the only help I recived was them phoning the person who collected the parcel to ask for it back, then simply gave me his contact number and told me it was my problem now. As of yet the parcel remains missing. Firsty, this was not my mistake and it was the postnet empolyees that gave the parcel to the wrong person and secondly this also shows that PostNet Mulbarton failed to verifiy the idenetiy of the person collecting the parcel and the only thing that was needed was a verbal clarifaction of the tracking number. The contents of this parcel were irreplacable. This is definitly the last time I use this service. </p>
