PARCEL COLLECTION - RETURNED WITH WAYBILL BECAUSE NAMES FROM BOTH ID'S DONT MATCH,

Sent my mother to Post Net to collect my parcel and was returned because the way bill says Oupa not the names on my ID and on Top of that they are supposed to send text with REF number very disappointed with post net people must just stop using post net because their service is just REDICULOUS.
