PAID FOR NO SERVICE
I have paid so much money for an urgent overnight delivery (Laptop) and they even notified me that it will be delivered before 12h00 today. It is now 15h52!!! <br> <br> I am really disappointed in the service - as I had to call PostNet and now they say it will only be delivered tomorrow!! This is a complete money making scheme!! Now I have paid so much money for what????? I think I am qualifying for a refund as you have not provided me with the service which I paid for. I needed this parcel TODAY for work!!!!!!

The shipment was scheduled for delivery yesterday but due to unforeseen circumstances it was again returned to base.
Arrangements were made to have it delivered this morning and you received it at 11h30.
