Paid for a service i did not even receive

i had the worst service ever at this Shop 17 Eldo square Shopping Centre, Willem Bothe Street, Eldoraigne, Centurion 0157,i went there on Friday around 11 wanted pictures laminated on my kids school lunch boxes,they asked me to send pictures on this number***,i sent them one picture, I sent the other picture Saturday morning ,asked them to let me know when finished so i can come collect, even made payment on that Friday,they didntv even bother to let me know until i checked if hey were done the guy tells me they are closed for the day,while i have been waiting the whole day for them to finish,i statyed the whole weekend mind you those linchboxes was supposed to be posted somewhere else on that saturday so i missed my dealdline on posting them,then today wich is a monday i decided to go collect them,when i get there they were still not done,the lady tells me they wanted to confirm the names,they have my contacts and they ddnt even bother to call me and confirm those names,i had to wait for them to start doing was i asked from lastweek friday to day 3 days later at 1:30,,the lady with her unprofessionalism and no customer care service lies to me tells me it will take 2 minutes ,i had to wait more than that still received the worst result and the worst service,i am at shocked at the level of serivice i received today,especially from postnet ,i even wanted to go to Hello peter and let them know the service we receive at your Eldo store,kaak service,those employees are ruining the postnet name,such a disgrace.i actualy paid for a service i did not receive.
