Package Theft & Disgusting customer service

My parcel was delivered to an unknown person which is essentially theft. How is it acceptable that a courier company deliver items without checking they are delivering to the correct address??? When escalated to the call center the agent put the phone down on me. I was told that there is no contact number for the Posnet customer service team as they only deal with the stores directly.
