Package Seized

Between the 3-5 July, a package was sent from Postnet Makhanda to Postnet Pretoria CBD. Unfortunately the sender had lost the waybill & did not capture the tracking number. Since then, I (the receiver) have been waiting to receive a phone call from Postnet Pretoria CBD, to collect the package. Two weeks later, I then went to enquire at Postnet Pretoria CBD about the package & I was told there's nothing more they can do without having a tracking number.
