Package not delivered

I have gone to Postnet Shop 13, South East Boulevard Shopping Center, Cnr. Hendrik Van Eck & Andries Potgieter Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark on the 3rd of February at 11:51 to send off a package to someone in Mmabatho.

The package was supposed to be delivered before Friday, 9 February 2024 and it has been by the Sandton Postnet Centre since the 7th of February 2024 at 06:00 the morning. I have sent numerous emails to Postnet without any feedback and even sent a WhatsApp to Vanderbijlpark and no one rep****. I tried calling the customer center but the phone disconnected. I tried calling the head office in Waterfall, but someone picked up the phone and just put it down in my ears. I have not yet received any feedback and is frustrated.
