Owner rude beyond belief!

<p>I went to the Postnet in Melville, Johannesburg to print a workbook. The Postnet assistant didn't ask me what I want,just printed the book (in full colour ) then charged me R145,00 when I questioned the price the owner started talking to me as if I am trash from the street! I think he is rude and needs to train his staff to communicate with what clients actually want and need. He must also remember that the client is not always right but without us he can close his doors!</p>
