Overnight Mail not delivered
I sent a few important document via over night delivery from the Gallo Manor post net to Pretoria. I was promised that the documents will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon (2015-02-03). I now checked the tracking info and the status is \POD Rec. In Branch"which means its not delivered. I tried calling the call center but no one answers. I am really disappointed with this service and need these documents to be delivered very urgently. Waybill number PN***"""
