Overnight - Four days later still no delivery

I dropped of a small parcel at PostNet on the 31st at 11.55 am. to be couriered to Durban. Today is the 4th (granted it was New Year weekend) but it is 4 days later and the parcel is still not in Durban!!!!! So much for the courier service. I am truly disappointed. Called PostNet Courier Pretoria 2x and they promised to call beck. No call. Called PostNet Courier Durban, they also promised to call back. I called again and was told by Vani that the parcel in not yet in Durban and I should call the Pretoria branch. Called again and was told the night shift manager collected the parcel and she is now looking for the dayshift manager! what a disaster!! <br> I then made various calls to no avail. At 3pm Junior calls, the parcel is still in Johannesburg!<br> He will deliver before 5pm to my house in Centurion and I will take it to OR Thambo. It is now 5 pm and Junior (more calls) cannot get hold of the driver or supervisor!!!
